Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase from, please send us an email at with the subject line "Refund Order # Number”. Within the 7 days of purchase.

How Refund Process Works:
  • The customer has proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
  • The Customer needs to contact us via email to apply for a refund.
  • The Customer needs to take a picture of an item and attach it to an email to verify.
  • Please email us at with the subject line "Refund Order # Number."
  • The product should be in its original condition to get approval for a refund.
  • Once the refund is approved, We will send you an address to ship the product back to us.
  • Please make a note; this process can take 15 to 20 days.
  • Once we receive your package, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment used by the Customer.

We will provide a full refund under the following circumstances:
  • Faulty or broken item
  • Damage Product arrived
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product never delivered
  • Cancellation after order (Before the item has been dispatched)

We will not provide a refund for the following:
  • Customer Mind Change
  • After 7 days of order

The product must be in new condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a full refund; for opened or damaged products we do not offer refunds.
